The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking down difficult-to-find addresses to serve legal documents, verifying the accuracy of the delivery and reporting back to the company.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with initiative and who demonstrates a high level of motivation which is vital to successful job performance, since this position requires the ability to work independently and quickly.
Responsibilities:
Serve court documents.
Conduct legal research.
Be familiar with court procedures and rules.
Work under pressure and deadlines.
Be a leader and mentor to junior employees.
Already an independent process server? that's ok, we may have a position for you.
you are paid within 48 hours after case/matter service been resolved.
Must be registered and bonded to be considered and will ask for the copies (some of our clients requires it).
