Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations Prepare and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent Manage employee relations and performance management Oversee payroll administration and benefit programs Guide and support management in employee training and development Ensure compliance with HR best practices, including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Must be familiar with SNF regulations and ensure compliance with staffing ratios, qualifications, and training 3
years of experience in HR in healthcare and 2
year's experience as an HR Director in skilled nursing or healthcare.
Must be familiar with SNF regulations and ensure compliance with staffing ratios, qualifications, and training Must have skilled nursing, healthcare, senior living, hospital, or CCRC experience so they can develop effective recruitment and retention strategies, including competitive compensation and benefits packages, targeted recruiting efforts, and employee recognition programs Knowledgeable of administrative practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines of employment law, wage, and hour rules, labor relations, OSHA, Privacy Act, etc.
Experience in implementing new HRIS systems is a plus Maintain Affirmative Action Plans, diversity, inclusion initiatives, and Programs as required Having worked for a company that experienced rapid expansion is a plus SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred They offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for growth within the organization.
