Coordinates the organization and implementation of program details Assist in purchasing and reconciliation of program expenses Assists with the recruitment and hiring of program staff and volunteers Provide office support and perform other related duties, as needed Help maintain participant data and oversee program registration Provide leadership, recognition, support Facilitate Studio open hours Teach youth robotics and digital media courses at YMCA facility or off site locations Assist with Next Gen Institute program Curriculum development with studio equipment and applications Lead private lessons as needed Facilitate STEM birthday parties at YMCA facilities Host Youth nights in Digital Studio facility Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and computer software updates Follow and maintain standards, guidelines, objectives and goals of the assigned YMCA Manage staff schedules and reconciliation of timecards for program staff Maintain a professional manner and develop good rapport with members, participants, parents and community members Address program concerns and ensure safety of program participants and staff Participate as a team player to ensure that the YMCA image and mission statement are upheld What do I need to bring do the table? Minimum age of 18 years old Minimum 2
years' customer service experience Supervisor experience, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching and monitoring Prefer experience in gaming, gaming tournaments, and knowledge of Minecraft Prefer coding experience Proficient in all Adobe software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred Ability to host a computer and smartphone literacy class Ability to read, write, and understand STEM curriculum Ability to facilitate and engage youth in activities Must obtain and maintain all applicable certifications for the position Proficient in computer and office administration skills Must be willing to work flexible hours Visual and auditory ability to respond to critical incidents and the physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency Must have capability to multitask in a fast paced environment CPR/AED, and First Aid Certification, must include Adult and Child/Infant, obtained within 30 days of hire and must be from one of the following certifying organizations:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
